Brick House offers wines distinguished by both the elegance and the simplicity of the old ways. All Brick House wines are grown on a forty acre farm; the product of low-yielding vines handled with great care. The farm was certified organic in 1990 and Bio-dynamic by Demeter in 2005. The vineyards are planted to the three traditional varieties of Burgundy: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay Noir. At Brick House, their pledge is to farm ‘in harmony with Mother Nature’!
